There is a lot happening here are Revolution 2007 and we’re excited to be here. Redg and I have been taking in the sites around the San Francisco area, visiting with other solution providers at the conference and learning more about NetSuite’s new offerings.

San Francisco has put on her best face as the weather could not be better. 70 degrees, sunny and blue skies. We’ve enjoyed the conference thus far and we’re very excited to come back and share what we’ve learned with our clients.
The biggest talk of the town this week is the release of “SuiteBundler.” There is a NetSuite press release available on this site for your to learn more about SuiteBundler. As NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson stated it’s “one of the most important pieces of software written in the last decade,” and a “Holy Grail for services companies.” Basically, it means reusable NetSuite components (bundles) without modification. Creating a vertical software market becomes much more realistic with this addition and we’re already brainstorming ideas for future ICON products and services.

If anything, I’m more confident now that NetSuite is THE BEST SaaS product in the market today. If you’re reading this blog then chances are you’re probably considering (or are willing to consider) using a fully integrated application to manage your entire business - accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), order processing and invoicing, marketing, reporting, partner & vendor management, time & billing, payroll, webstore, etc. We provide such an application and we’d love to talk with you about it. Give us a call, or fill out our contact form to learn more about NetSuite.

Thanks for your time! We look forward to connecting with you soon.

Along the road to an expected IPO this year, NetSuite CEO Zack Nelson announced SuiteBundler, a new set of capabilities for building and customizing applications with the company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The major innovation is that customizations and configurations created in one NetSuite account can be reused in another account without recoding or rewriting, Nelson said.

“For many small- to medium-sized businesses, the key differentiator between their enterprises and those of large companies is their ability to deliver exceptional customer service,” says Michael Emaus, CEO of eEnterprise (www.eEnterprise.com), a division of NetSuite global reseller Skyytek Worldwide. “Yet as those businesses grow, they often find it difficult to maintain the internal communication necessary to successfully serve their customer bases. When the capability for effective customer service management erodes, so does the profitability of the enterprise.”
