SAP Denies Microsoft Acquisition Rumors
SAP CEO Henning Kagermann said today that the company has had no current or recent discussions with Microsoft about SAP being acquired by Microsoft.
At at press conference held at the SAP Influencer Summit held Dec. 4 in Boston, Kagermann answered with a curt, “No,” when asked whether the company has been in acquisition talks with Microsoft.
