I would agree. It seems the latest string of downtown issues has come from systems like AWS. I think it's the responsibility of the vendor to due diligence through needs assessment and true determination of the clients needs prior to working an SaaS into their business model. It saves the customer time and money and provides them with the information necessary to make a better business decision.</description>
